Our team has completed the Australian Government Health Department Infection Control Training – COVID 19 – thus ensuring our inspections are conducted whilst practicing the Australian Government recommended COVID-19 social distancing restrictions.

We ask for the cooperation of all stakeholders with these restrictions, to keep our team, clients, landlords and real estate agents safe. Our inspectors also follow the correct hand sanitisation practices before and after each inspection.

2 Days ago we had a pre purchase building & pest inspection completed by Total Building Inspections QLD. They were very prompt & completed the inspection within a few days of contacting them. Rob assisted with a few follow up queries the next day after we received the report. Robs report was thorough & listed minor defects such as broken tiles & questionable plastered areas, so his focus is not only on the major defects but the smaller stuff too which all adds up when buying a house intended to be occupied as the owner. His report included photos for reference which were clear & precise which would help greatly if we needed to raise anything as part of the purchase process. My husband & I will use Rob again should we ever be in the market again & recommend Rob for anyone looking for a honest & thorough inspection.

Found TBI on Google and thought the quantity of 5 star reviews was impressive. Booking was effortlessly organised and cheaper than the cost I was told to expect for a building and pest inspection. On the day Rob was polite, thorough and just a straight up likeable guy.
