Rob clearly explained how and where our leak was located. He detailed the methods to rectify the issues. His report was very clear, well illustrated and was emailed the day after his visit. He was friendly and patient. I highly recommend.

Rob was able to do my building and pest inspection in a short turn around, arrived on time and had the report to me by the end of the day.
